Gravimetric dosers are suitable for Auto-proportional mixing of virgin material, regrinds, master batch or additives.

A gear motor with gear ratio of 38:1 is coupled to a dosing screw of 12,14 or 16 mm in diameter to give a total of three models with output ranging from 0.o4-32kg/hr.

Double-color dosers is available for collocating with any two of single color dosers if required.

دوزرهای وزنی برای ترکیب کردن مواد خام از جمله انواع رزین ، مستربچ و دیگرافزودنیها با سیستم تنظیم نسبت مواد دهی اتوماتیک طراحی و ساخته شده اند.

این دوزر دارای چهار مدل مختلف بوده که توان خروجی آنها بین 0.04 تا 32 کیلوگرم در ساعت میباشد.

دوزرهای دو تایی قابلیت جایگزین شدن را برای دو عدد دوزر تکی بر اساس نیاز مشتری دارند.

Gravimetric blender can be used in the field of injection molding machine, Blow molding machine and Extrusion lines for proportionally precise mixing of several types of material.

This series machine adopt BECCA LEVY PLC controller and latest ingredients calculation method. The self-compensation and calibration function ensure accurate material dosing percentages. There are 8 models available to be selected based on various materials and through puts.

مخلوط کن وزنی میتواند برای ترکیب مواد در ماشینهای تزریق ، ماشینهای بادکن و ماشینهای اکستروژن با رعایت دقیق از نسبتهای مورد درخواست چند ماده استفاده گردد.

این سیستم از کنترلر BECCA LEVY PLC و آخرین روشهای محاسبه مواد برخوردار است.

8 مدل مختلف از این سیستم وجود دارد که مشتری میتواند بهترین مدل را بر اساس نیاز خود انتخاب نماید.
